Welcome back, and we extend a very warm welcome to newcomers to Time Out Challenges! We are here to announce the winners of Challenge #299 which was a Photo Inspiration Challenge. Photo Inspiration challenges are particularly fun because of the endless ways the photos or pieces of them, are interpreted. There were lots of creative and imaginative interpretations of this very interesting photo in the gallery and as is so often the case, it was hard to pick the winner! Thanks so much to everyone who joined in the fun with your wonderful projects!
