Challenge 208 - 8th Birthday Special Challenge

Hello friends of Time Out!

We are here with a very special challenge: It's our 8th birthday!! 

To celebrate we have A LOT of prizes up for grabs and we also have 4 of our former DT members joining us in the fun, woot woot! One of the former designers is Sandie, the creator and long time leader of Time Out! Sandie and Nonni established this challenge back in 2014. Time Out is proof of how wonderful the crafty blogland is. This challenge is a result of what begun as an online crafty friendship and developed into what we believe will be a life long relationship. 

A big thank you to Sandie for being the main leader of Time Out all the way until May 2021.

 The challenge has remained pretty similar over the 8 years of it's existence. We follow a rotation of 4 different types of challenges, we have amazing sponsor prizes and we also always invite our challenge winners to guest design for us. 

The Time Out Design Team is the core of this challenge and we are very grateful to have this talented group of crafters providing inspiration for us challenge after challenge. Congratulations to everyone on the team. Happy Birthday to Us!

Challenge 207 - CASe a Card

Hello friends of Time Out!

We are here today with our new challenge for the next fortnight. We have something slightly different for you this time: We Challenge You to CASE a card from the one and only Michele Ferguson from I Card Everyone ! CASE stands for "Copy and Share Everything": in other words We Challenge You to be inspired by Michele's work and show us what your take on her card looks like! 

Michele's blog I Card Everyone is surely a familiar place to most of you but if not, you are in for a treat: Michele's card design skills are spectacular! The card she has made for our inspiration is no exception. 

Without further ado, here's the card we are CASEing from Michele:

You could CASE  for example the card design, the colors, the theme, her use of dies, make a card with hearts... There's many possible ways to be inspired! This challenge is generously sponsored by STAMPlorations, one of our regular supporters. Our winner will receive a $25 gift voucher to STAMPlorations store and will also be called to guest design in a future challenge.

"I live in Bangalore, India. I've always loved crafting, thanks to the encouragement & support from my mother. I started card making in 2014 after seeing some amazing cards on Pinterest and became addicted. I try out all sorts of techniques, but particularly love coloring, and I am partial to water coloring, especially flowers at that. I love card making since it is one craft with which I can have fun but also bring a little bit of sunshine to the people I give the cards to. I am super excited to be here as Guest Designer for Time Out Challenge!"
