It's time for a new challenge at Time Out. This time, it's a photo challenge. This photo is so full of inspiration from the lighthouse, it's surrounding buildings, the rocks, the sea, the sky, the gorgeous color palette. You can choose all, some or one element in the photo for your inspiration. Just please, if it is not obvious, tell us in your post what element(s) in the photo inspired your project for the challenge.

"I have been making cards and shopping for crafty supplies for well over a decade.  Clean and Simple is my go-to style, and I have been on several Challenge Design Teams over the years.  I rarely post my cards these days, having abandoned my blog when I realized almost no one visited.  You might find me very occasionally on Instagram.  In addition to card making, I love to read, knit, play pickleball and hang out with my pup Sherlock."

Here is a bit about Arlene in her own words:

"From the age of two I have always had an instrument of art in my hand. It started with crayons and never stopped. I was signed up to art school after graduation from nursing school but met my hubby and that led me down a different path. I have been rubber stamping for over 45 years. 

Back then I was only able to find stamps and ink pads in the local drug store. I had my youngest, born with Down’s Syndrome, and stayed home where I began teaching online. After my boys were in school I started working in craft and stamp stores, sadly all now closed. I have been teaching card crafting as well as other crafts for 12 years in the library system. I love to share my 'talents' that God gave me with others."

Challenge #264 - Magical

Hello Friends of Time Out. Welcome back! If you are a newcomer to Time Out, we extend a warm welcome to you! In either case, we are so glad you are here.

For our new Challenge #264, we challenge you to be... MAGICAL. There are so many ways to interpret this word. Something magical seems to work by way of some mysterious, unseen force. If you had magical powers, you could make annoying people disappear or instantly fill your room with adorable kittens. Wizards and witches are known for their magical powers - good and/or evil. However, a gorgeous sunset or a perfect day in your favorite place can also feel magical.
