Challenge #275 - Theme Challenge

Hello friends of Time Out. Welcome back! If you are a newcomer to Time Out, we extend a very warm welcome to you. We're glad you are here.

We have a sweet, delicious and fun challenge for you with a theme of Baking/Sweet Treats that opens today and runs through November 6th. Think cookies, chocolates, pumpkin pies, scones, Lamingtons,  Bienenstich Kuchen, Piparkakku, Gulab jamun, Mattentaart, Butter Tarts, ice cream... the list goes on ad infinitum!

What strikes your fancy? Which multinational celebrations and holidays or other occasions do you celebrate with dessert? We can't wait to see your take on our theme in the gallery.

Challenge #275

We are generously sponsored by Lawn Fawn with a $25.00 store credit for our challenge winner as chosen by our Deign Team. Thank you, Lawn Fawn! Our winner will also get an invitation to Guest Design with us for a future challenge.

We are joined by Claire Apostoloff of Life on the Scrap Heap, and winner of Time Out #270 as Guest Designer. Claire is a wonderful paper crafting artist and a frequent player at Time Out. Here is a little bit about Claire in her own words:

"My love of all things inky has only grown stronger over the last 15 years - I really get quite grumpy if I haven’t had a bit of craft time for a few days! I’ve got a clean and simple style and enjoy colouring with Copics but I've branched out recently to include some mixed media which I’m really enjoying."

This is Claire's sweet challenge card. You can check out all the details on her blog HERE.

And now for some inspiration from our design team!

Wonderful work from everyone, I'm sure you'll agree! Now it's your turn to Take Time Out and Craft! This challenge runs until 5 PM GMT Wed 6th of November. Before linking up below, please read 'How to Play' from the sidebar.

Do note that at Time Out we only allow 5 challenges combined, one of them being ours!

Thank you and happy crafting!
