This time we welcome Nancy Leppek of Scrapper at Heart and winner of Time Out Challenge #203 as our Guest Designer for this challenge. Nancy is a super talented paper crafter who has an eclectic style and loves to use die cuts in her art.
Here is a bit about our guest in her own words:
"I have been making scrapbooks since I was very young, but started making cards and blogging in 2008 and love it even more! My hubby and I both are retired from the school system and now are on a permanent summer vacation in the sunshine state. I don’t think I have a particular style when it comes to card making, but I do love making my own stencils and backgrounds, and very often they are in the shape of a heart. The online friendships that have formed over the past 13 years is really what I treasure the most about this hobby! Thanks for having me, Time Out Team!"
