Challenge 238 - Inspired by Words

Hello friends of Time Out!

It's time for a new challenge at Time Out! We challenge you to be inspired by these words: "Dare to love yourself as if you were a rainbow with gold at both ends." 

There is so much room for interpretation here. You can use rainbow images and/or colors, you can go with the message of the quote and be free with the design... maybe a message of encouragement with a touch of gold... these are just some ideas to get your creative juices flowing.

Here is what Greta had to say:

"What an honor to be a Time Out Challenges winner and to be guest designing with this talented team.  I’m a wife, doggy momma and retired nurse living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, USA.  About twenty-five years ago I discovered stamping at my local stamp store.  I'm pretty sure I kept them in business for the next year!  It was such a joy to find an artistic outlet that didn't require the ability to draw or color.  I like a variety of styles & techniques.  I'd have to say my favorite style is simple elegance.  Dry embossing, emboss resist & heat embossing have been around a long time and are still some of my favorite techniques.  Thanks to my paper crafting hobby, I now have friends all over the world.  One of hubby's retirement jobs is mailing all the cards I send!  I hope you'll find some inspiration in my card for this Inspired by Words Challenge."

Challenge 237 - Fashionable

Hello friends of Time Out!

It's time for a new fun challenge! We challenge you to be Fashionable for the next fortnight -what ever that means to you. Be creative! In addition to clothes and other more obvious fashion related things you could also think of the latest colors or the latest crafting trends too for example.

Challenge 236 - World Book Day

Hello friends of Time Out.

It's time for a new challenge at Time Out, and this time it is a theme challenge in celebration of World Book Day. 

The enjoyment of reading books is celebrated on World Book Day on April 23 in over 100 countries, and  on the first Thursday in March in the UK. It’s a day to celebrate the privilege of being able to read, so head to the library or curl up on the couch and just be a bookworm!

The Challenge runs from April 13th to April 26th.
