Hello friends of Time Out. Welcome back. If you are new to Time Out Challenges, we extend a very warm welcome to you! We are happy that you have joined us.

It's time for a new challenge, and this time we challenge you to be...

On vacation!!!!! Woo hoo!

You've gotta love this one! You can "be" vacationing in your favorite place, a place you want to go, a cold place, a warm place, surrounded by things and people you love or be blissfully by yourself. You can be on a staycation, or on a mountain, river, lake, ocean... you name it! This is a super fun one, and we can't wait to see how you interpret this challenge.

"My love of all things inky has only grown stronger over the last 15 years - I really get quite grumpy if I haven’t had a bit of craft time for a few days! I’ve got a clean and simple style and enjoy colouring with Copics but I've branched out recently to include some mixed media which I’m really enjoying."

Challenge #267 - Seeing Stars

Hello friends of Time Out!

Welcome back, and we extend a very warm welcome to newcomers to 

Time Out Challenges! 

It's time for a new challenge, and for the next fortnight it's a theme challenge:

Seeing Stars

You can bring stars to your projects anyway you want, but if if your interpretation is less than obvious, please do let us know how you were inspired by the theme!

Our winner also gets called to guest design for us and this time we are joined by Simeen Batra of Simeen.creates on Instagram, winner of Time Out #263 as Guest Designer. Simeen is relatively new to the card making community and has joined it with great enthusiasm. Take a look at her work on Instagram. You are sure to be inspired.

Here is a little bit about Simeen in her own words:

"Hello, my name is Simeen! I am a momma of two little girls and a little Chihuahua named Donuts. The family keeps me super busy and I work full time as an engineering program manager, but whatever free time I do get - I spend it card making. I have only been card making for about a year and a half, but I can say I am officially in love!

Last year I discovered this community on Youtube and Instagram. The happiness and support that I saw completely drew me in. After binge watching YouTube videos, I took the plunge and bought ALL the supplies. 

And now “Add to Cart” is my favorite motto!  Clean and simple is my style, but I continue to learn and grow. 

I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me 🫶🏻"
