Challenge #45

Hello All,

Ready to take some TIME OUT to craft with us?

We have our 'Inspired by Word' challenge for you this fortnight. And the phrase we have for you is:

Snowflakes are Winter's Butterflies

For this challenge, you can use any of these words to inspire you or you can use the whole phrase-you choose. Perhaps you need more Christmas cards? Then snowflakes might be a good choice! A bit fed up with Christmas cards?? Then butterflies might be the answer. We know some of you have sentiments with that exact phrase, so we are expecting to see that too!!

Our Guest Designer this week is the very talented Ashwini

Challenge #44

Hello friends of Time Out.

Our last challenge really got you in the mood for Christmas and it was fabulous to see so many of you enjoyed twisting with us in pink and purple. Check back next week to see if you are one of the winners.

This week it is time for our CASE challenge. This means we share a card from a star designer with you-you have a look at this, then create your own version of this card.You can be inspired by anything you see. It may be the lay out, the colour, the image. Just go with what the card makes you feel like creating.

We are honoured that for this challenge we have Karen joining us. Many of you will know Karen from her amazing blog Snippets. Her blog is so inspiring. Get a cuppa and have a browse. I assure you that you will come back here full of ideas.

Here is Karen and she has a few words for us:

Hello from Canada. How fun to be the GD this month at Time Out. I am a mom of 2 sons and have been a daycare provider for 30 years now. So, you can imagine there are few dull moments at my house with all the little people underfoot. I try my best to find some time in my day to stamp, hence the name of my blog Snippets. My favourite aspects of paper crafting is the creative outlet it gives me while creating my CAS cards. I hope that my card inspires you to create today.
